The Lakes at Westfield

These homeowners had a concrete slab built off the back of the home that they shared with their spa. They wanted to have a Trex deck installed and expand the area to include a new slab for the spa. We were happy to oblige and added a new modern pergola to go over top. Materials used are Trex Enhance decking in Rocky Harbor and Coastal Bluff. Pressure treated pine was used in the pergola with all fasteners hidden, and painted with Sherwin Williams SW3822 Black Alder.
